Na Hale O Maui, A Community Land Trust, is offering a free Homebuyer Seminar on Saturday, March 23, at the J Walter Cameron Center Auditorium in Wailuku. The seminar will discuss the basics of the trust program, mortgages, and the four steps to ownership of a Community Land Trust Home (the first step is to attend this seminar). NHOM matching grants are available for down payment assistance.
