June 24, 2014
Maui Weekly

Maui Native Hawaiian Chamber of Commerce (MNHCoC) will host its by-monthly Social MNHCoC on Tuesday, July 8, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Maui Tropical Plantation. This opportunity to meet the members and friends of MNHCoC is open to the public.

At the Social MNHCoC, attendees have an opportunity to talk story, and enjoy and experience connection for stronger relationships, better understanding and group action.

"We care and support bringing our 'ohana together to encourage social cohesion," said MNHCoC past President Kai Pelayo.

"The first Social MNHCoC happened in January 2012 and attendees loved it," said MNHCoC Membership Chair Sharron Joseph. "It is actually a friendly environment for non-members, too. MNHCoC members can bring their families and friends, and MNHCoC friends can bring their own friends."

MNHCoC also invites the Maui business community to attend.

A $15 donation includes Heavy pupu and free parking. The event will have a no-host bar.

Reservations are required by Sunday, July 6, and can be made at www.mnhcoc.org/events.
