The Worthshop Series, a conference focusing on real estate and related industries, will hold its fourth annual event, Worthshop 4, at the Andaz Maui in Wailea on Dec. 11 and 12. In addition to the main event on Dec. 11 and 12, "Worthshop" is adding a free day of sessions on Dec. 10 for property managers and the vacation rental industry.
This year's "Worthshop" will feature more than 20 speakers over the course of two days.
Among the headlining speakers is Bob Hoffman, an author, speaker and partner in Type A Group LLC, a company that provides consulting services to marketers, advertisers and media.

Also speaking is Anita Elberse, an award-winning teacher and scholar, who develops and teaches a course at Harvard University on Strategic Marketing in Creative Industries, covering entertainment, media and sports businesses.
A panel of CEOs of real estate companies and a panel of highly successful Realtors from all over the state will discuss the trends in the real estate market as well as new innovations in the industry.
On Dec. 10, attendees will discuss key issues and best practices in Hawai'i's rental management and the hospitality industries.
Real estate brokers from all over Hawai'i and the Mainland will attend. Attendance is limited to 300 people. Following the success of last year's event at the Four Seasons Maui, over 100 tickets have already been sold.

Proceeds from the event are donated to the Hawaiian Islands Land Trust.
