No, please do not put a Mall in Kihei. We have enough problems with traffic as it is. All the Box stores should be located in Kahului, where most of the population resides, and ALL of the shopping is done. We need attractive affordable single family housing in Kihei, and amenities that will bring tourists to our side of the island, NOT another mall which will be empty in six months after it is built, for lack of customers.
